Where do you get your wood from?
We source our wood from farmers all over South Africa, but primarily from farms in Limpopo and Mpumalanga.
Is your wood responsibly sourced?
Yes – the wood we use is primarily sourced from farmers who are clearing land for grazing or crops. We also source wood from developers who are clearing building sites.
How do I maintain my wood furniture?
We recommend that you use mukwa oil, but general wood oils can also be used.
Does the wood last forever?
Nothing lasts forever, but our products can easily last a lifetime if cared for properly.
How long does it take for my product to be manufactured?
Each wooden item is manufactured from scratch at our workshop, so availability of your chosen wood and the complexity of your design will play a role. We usually require between 1 to 4 weeks to complete your products.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery can be arranged across South Africa. Delivery fees are not included in our product pricing, so we will discuss your requirements with you and provide the costing to your chosen destination.
Can you source wood for me?
Yes we can. However, the type of wood you are looking for may not be readily available, so we may not be able to supply it straight away.
Do you offer guarantees on your products?
Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty on repairs and 1 year on wear and tear.
Can you create something unique for me?
Yes we can. If you bring a photo or a drawing to us, then we will work out a proposal for you. But please be aware that the final product may not be 100% identical, as wood has a life and flow of its own.
How much do your products cost?
We have a number of standard items in our workshop that each carry their own pricing. Bespoke designs will be quoted on once we understand your requirements.
